At Deluxe Legal Services, we believe in cost transparency. This means that you'll know the total cost, before placing an order. 

Below is a list of services and associated cost. 

Standard and Personal Service is attempted within 48 hours. 

Standard Service of Process (sub service allowed): $75

Personal Service: $85

Rush Service (within 24 hours): $95 

Same Day service: $110

Additional Address: + $15

All Service of Process includes no cost notarizations (if required), nationwide affidavit, and GPS location. You will never pay for a second defendant at the same address.

Other Services: 

Document retrieval - $30 

Notary services - $5 per page

Court Filing - Cost of filing + $20 fee

Skip tracing - $15 

Residency Check - $15

Collection Services - 20% of the balance sent over. No prepayment needed. 

Additional fees: 

First 30 pages are printed free of charge, after 30 pages there is a $0.15 fee per page. 

If you order service of process, we will offer a skip trace at a $10 discount.
