3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Additional fees may apply if:

Additional attempts are required.

Incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

Rush, emergency, or after-hours service is requested.

Travel beyond the quoted service area becomes necessary.

Additional investigative work or special handling is required.

Any additional charges will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Additional payment methods may be accepted at our discretion.

5. Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the stated due date shall be considered delinquent.

Beginning on the second calendar day after the invoice due date, a late fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day will be assessed until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Deluxe Legal Services reserves the right to waive, reduce, or forgive any late fees at its sole discretion. Any waiver of late fees on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver for future invoices.

Failure to timely pay invoices may result in:

Suspension of current services.

Refusal of future service requests.

Collection efforts.

Recovery of reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.

Any other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Returned Payments

Returned checks, chargebacks, reversed ACH transactions, or disputed credit card payments may be subject to additional administrative fees and collection efforts.

Clients remain responsible for payment for services that have already been performed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform requested services. Deluxe Legal Services is not responsible for delays, failed service attempts, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

8. No Legal Advice

Deluxe Legal Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice unless specifically stated through a licensed attorney relationship. Any information provided is for administrative purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice.

9. Confidentiality

We take reasonable measures to protect confidential client information. However, information necessary to complete requested services may be disclosed as required by law or as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Legal Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
